Music Classes and Private LessonsWe are happy to announce that Thompson's Music is making enough students happy that we are growing and will be opening another
studio with bigger better facilities. We will have more classrooms and more teachers are coming on board to join our wonderful
family.
If you're looking for a fun place to learn our staff is happy to watch you fulfill your dreams of becoming
a musician. We are still by appointment only at this point. However, we are looking for some office personel to join us in
becoming a leader in the industry of teaching. Give us a call if you can answer phones, set up appointments, basic typing,
filing, and general duties.
Gotta go and practice! Mrs. Thompson

Anyone Can Learn MusicIf you're considering music lessons for your child or you've been trying to learn music on and off your whole life then
it's not too early or too late to learn music. At Thompson's Music we believe that if you desire to learn and are willing
to do the work, then you can learn. Students who find music difficult are often the ones who rarely practice if ever. If you're a parent of a very young child you'll really need to consider if you really have the time to practice with your
child or not. We prefer that all parents take an active part in their child's learning. In fact parents who attend the lessons
and take notes end up getting free lessons at the same time their child learns. The extra benefit of learning along with
your child is that the bond becomes closer with that child and parent involved. However, if you can't learn with your child
we understand. It's a proven fact that children, whose parents actively participate in their child's learning do much better
in school in general. In fact with a good support system children learn much better. Those students who are older
through adult will learn very quickly and are very capable. Each teacher will evaluate the student to make sure they are placed
in the proper program for them to grow as a student. The main point is that you can learn if you really want to. You must
believe in yourself, do the work, and make sure you have the right teacher for you. If you have been having doubts and have
any questions feel free to comment. We are hear to help you move forward with your inner musician. Sincerely yours, Mrs. Thompson
