Suzuki Violin Group Lessons
Students who study the Suzuki Method attend one private lesson and group lessons as scheduled. The goal
of the group lesson is to help students learn from each other through a modeling process that creates desire to
learn. Group lessons provide a fun learning environment with musical games that teach the child new technique, intonation,
good practice habits, and many other things through interaction with others. Students will develop excellent concentration
skills, discipline to complete a task, and respect for one another. Parents interested in positive role models for their children
will do well to sign their children up for Suzuki Violin. This program helps parents to bond even closer with their child
when they actively participate in their child's lesson. The parent's role is the teacher at home during practices. Some parents learn
the violin along with their child.
